Folwark and Osada Górnica project is based on the restoration and commissioning of the entire historic Farmstead complex, along with the surrounding area (a total of about 30 hectares) to create a unique space for living, working, creativity and relaxation.
The main concept is the synergy of the urban part of FARMSTEAD with the rural part of SETTLEMENT in every aspect of its residents' lives (concerning body, spirit, relationships and well-being).
Folwark and Osada Górnica is an inspiring and self-sufficient space for people with open hearts and minds, conscious and responsible, creative and imaginative, with a passion for life, who value family values and healthy well-being.
It is a place for people who want to live in harmony and develop a conscious lifestyle.

Górnica Park
Park at the Farm - is 4 hectares of beautiful greenery, established in the second half of the 19th century, was intended for recreational and landscape purposes.
The free layout of the park, the beautiful and stately old trees, and the pond with surrounding trees create a unique atmosphere like centuries ago.
To this day we can enjoy a beautiful hornbeam avenue, mature beech and oak trees, chestnut trees, lime trees and spruce trees.
Our park is a great place for the outdoor activities, fun and relaxation...

Our neighborhood
Folwark and Osada Górnica is located in the southern part of the Drawsko Lake District, surrounded by beautiful forests, meadows and lakes. Landscape has retained its idyllic and rural atmosphere here.
