Osada Górnica is a place for about 30 houses (70 sqm - 120 sqm), low-emission, lightweight construction, with hemp building, own water intake, own batteries + solar panels, fully fenced, monitored, developed according to the principles: feng shui and "form follows function" (Bauhaus)

The production and technical base for the residents of the Settlement and the Farm is a 22-acre plot of land located in the immediate vicinity of the Settlement.
