By tapping into the history of the place and its resources, we create a welcoming space for creativity, work and leisure, satisfying all aspects of our lives: from spiritual, body and relationship to safety and well-being.
Our place "Folwark and Osada Górnica" (Górnica - formerly Wysoki Kamień, Hohenstein, Hogenstein, 170 m above sea level) is a charming and fertile area of West Pomeranian Voivodeship (Drawskie Lake District), surrounded by forests and farmland, with its history dating back to the 16th century and constituted the so-called knight's estate - a place of work, production and farming and cultivation of the land.

Project idea
The idea behind the Folwark and Osada Górnica project is to create an inspiring, self-sustaining and ecological place to live, relax, work and create with respect for nature and the environment.
It is a place for people who want to live in harmony and develop a conscious lifestyle.
Walter Gropius in Górnica
Walter Gropius (1883-1969), architect, founder of the Bauhaus, visionary.
Folwark Górnica is his family place. Here he used to visit his closest relatives (his grandfather and uncle), here he used to rest and get inspiration.
He is the spiritus movens of our beautiful and interdisciplinary project that we are pursuing for our future.
The New European Bauhaus - is a European initiative that refers to the Bauhaus tenets: good function and a return to nature.
Folwark Górnica
Część komercyjno-biznesowo-kulturalno-edukacyjno-turystyczna przedsięwzięcia.
Based on the history of the place (associated mainly with Walter Gropius), we will conduct workshops here, training for architects, exhibitions, open-air events, meetings with art, culture and design, photography or sculpture, and education in the broadest sense - everything for visitors from all countries.
There is also space for a conference center, a holistic center, a restaurant, a hotel and agritourism with a B&B, a bistro, mobile offices, a museum room, a children's school and an organic store.
